[John (Committee Assistant)]: You're live.

[Senator Richard Westman (Chair)]: This is Senate Transportation, and we're continuing our work on on h nine forty four. And I think we have a clean draft. Do you have anything to say to us, David? No. The the changes are in the highlighted draft I sent.

[David (Legislative Counsel)]: The clean draft is the same language, just with the highlighted draft removed. I we have been through this completely. I would hope that community members would read through the bill over the weekend if they'll have any changes, we probably will have a technical corrections amendment or some things to add. As we've talked before, there are a couple of areas that aren't being here that we will, specifically GMT and their language that they suggested. But at this point, if the committee is ready, I would welcome a motion to move.

[Senator Richard Westman (Chair)]: All moved. Okay,

You've been great and I think we did a lot of hard work and I said this in the recent seven days article, I think a lot of the committees and people around our building have avoided hard problems which and aren't good for the place. And some of this has taken us standing up and saying, putting us standing in the ground, We really need to do this for the good of the state, and I'm proud of

[John (Committee Assistant)]: Thank you for your leadership.
