[Senator Anne Watson (Chair)]: Yes, the change.

[Mike Grady (Legislative Counsel)]: At page one, this is in the plan and fair compensation requirements that's striking the difference here, the separate here for single fee on reverse vending machines. Then on the next page, 21, this is the, what I was talking about earlier about I took a report out of the plan and put it in the report, and ours doing a more truncated report and putting this report back in the plan. After the plan is effective for two years and six months, the PRO submits a report on fair compensation to the secretary. The reporting describes how the producer responsibility is adjusted. Compensation for points of redemption when documented July, such an adjustment is not necessary. And so again, moving on from there is page 30.

[Senator Anne Watson (Chair)]: Wait, hang on a sec. I want to just, I need to stick with this for a second. Gonna submit report, fair compensation. Okay, sorry, thank you. I just needed to like, one more time.

[Committee Assistant/Clerk (unidentified)]: Yeah.

[Senator Anne Watson (Chair)]: Okay, go ahead.

[Mike Grady (Legislative Counsel)]: Page 30, this is in the future requirements for acceptance of beverage containers. On line nine, there is a discussion for the fraudulent purchase out of state, redeemed containers of how a redemption center would be found by the water health responsible, so we're known to have been purchased out of the state. K. So those would not be being built. Thirty thirty six. This is the A and R report. It's now a status report. They gave it to you 01/01/2030. The report on the status of implementation of the plan summarizes the approved plan for redemption. Federalist Containers of Liberty College Banks imply the statutory requirements for convenience of collection and fair compensation. Reduce redemption, prescribes out the PROs, updated her plans, implement our redemption technologies, modernize redemption services and improve the continued insufficiency of redemption services. And then last, provide any other information in Secretary needs relevant for the patient's treatment plan. Yeah. So page 37, section seven, this is the repeal of the one year, what are we calling it, the buffer or the

[Senator Anne Watson (Chair)]: Yeah, yeah.

[Mike Grady (Legislative Counsel)]: The pillow, I can't remember.

[Senator Anne Watson (Chair)]: Buffer sounds good.

[Mike Grady (Legislative Counsel)]: And so you will see later on in the effective dates in July 2030 that this is repealed and that compensation will be provided by the PRO. Reduction location or goods and redemption location shall negotiate. Other redemption location on location shall be compensated for collection. And then the next page is on page 42, and that is the effective date I just spoke of, women appeal, July.
