[Nader Hashim (Chair)]: Good morning. We're back in senate judiciary. A few minutes behind on it, but we are going to discuss and vote on s two zero three, which was a small technical amendment DUI statutes that switched around the word conviction with word violates and in a few different segments. And this was to clear up some confusion that tended to happen when people were charged with multiple offenses over time of DUI. And there were no changes made to it, so we'll be voting on the version as introduced. Any last minute issues or discussion?

[Philip Baruth (Member)]: So, basically, what the bill does to it removes the conviction date, puts it as a bi initial date. Is that twenty year starts and then Yes. Yes.
