[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Okay, today is May twenty second, twenty twenty sixth, and this is the final meeting of the Committees of Conference, Senate Institutions and House Institutions and Corrections. And we have what we believe is the final document that we worked on and we appreciated staff's work on it. And we're going to double check that the language is as we expected and then we will sign. So I have a question. On section six, clean water and issue.
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: Why is Sorry?
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Section six. What do I mean?
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: Section six.
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Water and Fisheries. So
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: John Berea, Office of the Consul. The reason that section six is here is that you formally this is a problem, not my head. FY twenty seventh had the $10,000,000 appropriation last year. You've fleshed it out in a bunch of projects that total out to $10,000,000 Right.
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: We had that in our underlying bill.
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: You had to do that this year because you're amending Act 33 in the form of a strike call. We have all of the sections included that you're touching. So including anything from the gut rectum, acceptance, by both parties. So anything that touches Yes, okay,
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: I got it. I got it. Because I always think, okay. I got
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: For sure. Yeah. That that's been it's been that way throughout the whole process, but you have to do it this year.
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: I got it. Thank you. Good. I'm alright. Did you walk more time? No. I'm alright. Okay. I'm just fine. So we should officially sign that. Yeah. So No. Let's sign it. Yeah. Sign the plug. Sure.
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: We also put on a record that John Benson and Mark and Ben Tenet's good job and got exactly what we wanted.
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: And that was a beat. How many beatings? Well, 20. Oh, you're not you counted. And how many drabs in the spreadsheet?
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: Across both bodies? 16 or 17?
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Well, it was worth it. Gonna do good stuff. Thank
[John Berea (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: you. Thanks. Make sure we get the right signatures.
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: So everybody has a copy now? Obviously, we have it online, posted. Bill is actually the word part. It's not the spreadsheet that we appreciate the spreadsheet very much, but it's technically not the bill.
