[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: You're left. Okay, great. Thank you. Okay, so we are back on in Senate institutions and I needed to just go to the room and talk with somebody, which I did. And I think Senator Ingalls proposal is a good proposal. And so how about Scott, if you don't mind explaining everything that we're doing in this segment of this day of this meeting?

[Scott (Committee Analyst/Staff)]: So what we're doing here is the the cash on lines forty six and forty seven you're pick out. You're going to then put that cash on the new court prison in one lump sum instead of two. And then we're gonna take the $500,000 that's currently on Newport that is in bonded, pull it out, and drop the $2.50 to $250,000 lines to 46 and 47. So that way it all evens out. It just effectively switches it from one column to the other. And then what we'll do is we'll make sure appropriations know so they can make that change in the budget bill.

[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: And then that adds to the other two items that we were

[Scott (Committee Analyst/Staff)]: Correct, and what we'll do is when you come back after your 01:00 during conference, I can have it on a spreadsheet that will show those changes or any other changes related to the vomit section. And ta da.

[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Okay, so would it help appropriations if we take a straw full now?

[Scott (Committee Analyst/Staff)]: Yes, that way they have more than just my work for it.

[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Okay. Is everybody clear on what we're voting? Yes. Okay, so if the clerk would just take the role and when it's a straw poll. We just raise our hands. Oh yeah. Okay. So. So.

[Scott (Committee Analyst/Staff)]: All in favor, raise your hands.

[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Of the changes that we have done in the last fifteen minutes. Okay. So, it's five. Great. So what we're doing now I'm sorry, do you want to

[Scott (Committee Analyst/Staff)]: I was just saying I sent them a message. John has got it written back to me and he says, he will circulate a revised language course and we'll make sure that language goes into the appropriations bill and it'll all tie up together.

[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Perfect. Thank you. And then for the folks who are watching this, now we're going to adjourn in this room. We're to go to Room 11 where we have a joint meeting with the House Energy and Digital Infrastructure Committee, and we're going to learn or get an update on the enterprise resource planning project that's at 1PM. It's going to go to 02:30 at the most and then we're going to come back here at 02:45 and talk again about capital bill, the dormant utilities, the Little River State
