[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Okay. Today is 03/11/2026. This is the H50 five o Committee of Conference, and so it is a combination of the institutions committee of the senate and the corrections and institutions committee of the house. And we have we agreed yesterday, and now we have the documentation that we were going to go back to the senate language in subsection e of h 50. So have has everyone had a chance to look at it? Mhmm. And
[John Brady (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: does it
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: concern to let you? Yes. Absolutely. Yes.
[John Brady (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: Is it help I don't have to. But is it helpful if I sit down and say what it does? Yes. What the heck? Yeah. John Brady, office of legislative council. I won't screen share it since you guys had all in front of you already. But as you can see from the language, conference committee reports are a little bit different than you typically see with amendments and the like, so it's kind of a unique form. What proposed here, the conference committee the conference committee is recommending that the senate accede to, so accept, the house proposal amendment to the senate proposal amendment. That is the house proposal that you saw yesterday. So accepting the house amendment with one further amendment thereto In section one, which is the piece speaking to maintenance of the inventory, you're replacing the subsection e in the House proposal with this that you see here, and the sole change that it has against the House proposal of amendment is that it adds in four state leased buildings. Yeah. So it picks up state leased, the additional pieces of information that we can maintain in the inventory. Otherwise, the subsection e includes all the house's language, so it has that annual compilation rather than biannual compilation. K. Perfect. Yeah. Thank you, John.
[Wendy Harrison (Chair)]: Sure. Thank you. So are we ready to vote?
[John Brady (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: Yes. Mhmm. Yeah.
