[Ann Cummings (Chair)]: Shoot. I have a question. Guess I could Okay. We are live. We are back. And I would love to vote h seven thirty three out. That's that franchise relationship. It just says that when you file Check box. With the secretary of state. You check a box so that we know Franchisee, franchise over, or Franchisee, franchisor. Yeah. Secretary of state says no big deal. House commerce feels that they Yep. Sure. Okay. So we are ready. The motion. So moved. Beck has proved Yes. That we approve age seven thirty three as it came to us from the house. Is there further discussion? If not, all those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed, say no. Who I'm calling that, 502? Who would like to report that? Oh, okay. Okay. Alright. Why are you saving me for this? I didn't wanna steal the thunder of anybody. You love it. Do you want me to do it? Yeah. No. Do you wanna do it? Do you want me to do it? Sure. I this is gonna be our big war magnet magnets. What's that one? That's the miscellaneous tax bill. I'm still working through it. It's just takes a little longer to go through it. May, I think I'm convinced that committee on health and welfare that it is not encroaching. Site neutral doesn't mean the same thing in this bill as it does. I offered to give him that last section on faith based ministries, but they didn't want that. My intention is not to go forward with that since it's important California or Colorado and what Colorado courts decide if it's a violation of religious liberty or free speech or whatever to require that they report to an agency that doesn't have any legal authority over themselves.
