[Sen. Andrew Perchlik (Chair)]: No, ma'am. We are live. Five business. Senate appropriations, February 10. It's four days to the balance of the fifth. We are preparing to vote out age seven ninety, which is the budget adjustment act 2026. We have here to walk us through the final version of the bill that we completed earlier. Thank you, Ginny Lyons, and joint fiscal. So the only thing I would flag to the committee, we incorporated all of the changes that the committee decided earlier. If the committee would like to go online and review or would like to confirm that anything is in the bill and make sure that it is in there.

[Joint Fiscal Office staff (unidentified)]: Did you put anything in here that we didn't want you to? No. I did put some things that just I wanted to, but nothing that you asked. The only thing I would flag for the committee is on page 54, section 79. So again, that's the language that relates to the section eight housing. I would just flag for the committee that the construct that was in the language packet that you reviewed earlier and then Senator Watson's addition to that, we incorporated Senator Watson's addition to that language, but we think we might need to reconcile the two just because that latter language was drafted when that was a specific allocation going to a particular entity, we may just recommend at a later point a revision to that either through a floor amendment or through the conference committee, but that's the only thing that Trump fiscal can flag in the committee as of now. Totally open to that. You have a pen with that? Yes, absolutely. Open to me from wrong or needing it.

[Sen. Andrew Perchlik (Chair)]: Just reconciling. Right. It's not a problem. So we could fix it in the comments committee. Right. Yeah. The the committee could vote on it, just understanding that there might be a sweep later on. Yes. Senator Westman? I noticed on page seven ninety, the senate proposal amendment.

[Sen. Richard Westman]: Okay. First night. There would be a second, but is there any discussion on page seven ninety of moved by the senator from Lamoille? Right. No second necessary.

[Sen. Andrew Perchlik (Chair)]: Alright. Just grab you. Senator Baruth? Yes. Senator Brennan? Yes. Senator Lyons? Yes. Senator Norris? Yes.

[Sen. Robert Norris]: Senator Watson? Yes. Senator Westman? Yes. Senator Perchlik?

[Sen. Andrew Perchlik (Chair)]: Yes. You're a reporter or you? I'll report it. And there's anything in here that's certain sections I might have center lines up to other sections. Pretty straightforward. You're stocking all the zero zero volts on. Yeah. Okay.
