[Jill Krowinski]: You're live. Thank you. Thanks, Theresa. All right, good morning everyone. This is House Rules Committee meeting on March 31. We have two missions today. We need to appoint two different members to committees. So, we have the House Ethics Panel first. That panel, former member Chris Taylor was on, so we need to appoint a new member to that. After consulting with leadership, we would like to appoint representative Ashley Bartley. Is there any conversation or debate? Is there a motion?

[Lori Houghton]: I move that we appoint representative Ashley Bartley of Fairfax to serve on the House of Ethics panel as nominated by the speaker. Okay.

[Jill Krowinski]: Thank you. Any further debate? Seeing none, I'll call the roll. Representative Bartholomew? Yes.

[John L. Bartholomew]: Representative Dolan? Yes. Representative Feltus? Yes. Representative McCoy?

[Patricia McCoy]: Yes. Naying a yes. Motion passes. Eight zero. Thank you for that.

[Lori Houghton]: There's only seven of us here. I can't count today.

[Jill Krowinski]: Really, I've not had enough coffee. Thank you for your help and support.

[Lori Houghton]: I was like, is that me? Never need to go. You're lucky enough. Seven's a number of tips.

[Jill Krowinski]: Alright, next is my recommended appointee for the House Discrimination Prevention Panel. Currently representative Topper McFawn sits on that panel. His last day is Friday, sadly. So for that appointment, the recommendation is representative Sandy Pissonel. Any questions? Three, Sandy, would be great. Thank you.

[Lori Houghton]: I move that we appoint representative Sandy Pistonol of Dorset to serve on the house discrimination prevention panel as nominated by the speaker. Right. Any further conversation?

[Jill Krowinski]: Seeing none, I'll call the roll. Representative Bartholomew? Yes. Representative Dolan? Yes.

[Karen Dolan]: Representative Feltus? Yes. Representative Houghton? Yes. Representative McCoy?

[Patricia McCoy]: Yes. And I am a yes. Motion passes. Seven zero. The appointment for a representative will be effective upon for the end of the day on Friday.

[Jill Krowinski]: Right? So I'll make that announcement at the appropriate time. And for today, I will announce representative Hartley. That concludes our business for today. Thank you, everyone. Reading is adjourned.
