[Jen (Legislative Counsel)]: So it would say this actual take effect on passage except that notwithstanding any provision of 18 BSA 90 four-seven A3 to the contrary that says hospitals update the average sales price on July and February. Section three will take effect on 10/01/2026 and hospitals shall update the average sales prices for drugs on 10/01/2026 and again on 01/01/2027, which puts them back on the January, July.
