[Unidentified legislator (sponsor of floor amendment)]: Thank you to Mr. Chair and to the committee. I think this is going to be the last time. After I presented last, I was approached about one more fix or one more tweak, and what it does is it eliminates this amendment eliminates private events, keeps the same number, so you'd have 10, but they would be public, still no consumption, and it keeps it to retail only. And I think this will help to drastically allay my concerns over public safety and public health issues. So, I hope with the help of my now co sponsor, we can actually get this over the finish line.

You just mentioned that the reason why you see so many instances of amendment is just for conforming language to carry that retail adjustment. Understood. I guess I'll open the table up to you.
