[Speaker 0]: Alright. Relax. Alright. Thank you, everyone. We are back to review. We are back to review. We are live, the microphones are hot. I know it's super. So close, madam chair. So close. Focus, job, task. Thank you. Alright. So we have a new draft 4.2 to review. Please open it up. It will be posted shortly.

[Speaker 1]: Alright, and we are reviewing what page Council? We're starting on page seven. The record, Tucker Andersen Legislative Counsel, you're looking at draft 4.226 dashes, pro five five zero. Time stamp, 03/1326, 02:38PM. On page seven, the first change that you asked for was to remove the language that representative Hango flagged. It was highlighted. It was inadvertently left in. That entire section now is gone because that was the only change that was being made. It is deleted. Bear with me while I go into section four. If you go down on page eight, right at the top in Subdivision 3, Subdivision A governing the voting members of the Regional Emergency Management Committee, the voting members of the committee shall be in the new Romanette one, the existing representatives of the towns and cities in the region. And then in the new language in Romanette two, an individual with lived disability experience representing a disability led organization appointed by the Vermont Council for Independent Living.

[Speaker 0]: Right. Any questions, folks? No. I'll be comfortable. Let's just see. So, this has been a lot of work rapidly. I want to thank the committee. I also want to be conscious of Tucker's need to be elsewhere. We do not need you to vote, sir. You are released.

[Speaker 2]: I want to thank you very much. Thank you. Yes. All of your very long, hard, last minute work.

[Speaker 0]: Well, if I don't see you, Pepe, love you.

[Speaker 2]: You as well. Thank you. And also, I want to thank all of the folks in this week as witnesses and provided us with so much written testimony, which is off our web page, because that was a lot to ask of folks in a short time.

[Speaker 0]: Reporter Evans may or may not be coming back. She just had to step out for a moment. So I sent her a message to see if she returned this photo. I said we were fine actually guessing this should she I've so we'll just give that a minute or two. Everybody just scan this graph while we're holding on that. I would say we are twelve minutes past.

[Speaker 3]: You do rosebuds.

[Speaker 0]: Something would break the box is right. Yeah. All the better.

[Speaker 2]: Yes, I figured we were live, but everyone was just looking at me and it was quiet. Okay. Okay, committee. I am making a motion to find favorable draft request 20Six-five50, RAFT 4.2. And I don't know what the actual title is gonna be, but we've been calling it Emergency Management and Disaster Response.

[Speaker 3]: This draft says a fact relating to emergency management.

[Speaker 2]: Okay, so the disaster response has been dropped. Yes.

[Speaker 0]: So it is an act relating to emergency management. Thank you, Madam Clerk. All right. I'll second that. Well, barring any further discussion or comments on the table. Clerk will call the roll.

[Speaker 3]: Representative Boyden, yes. Representative Coffin?

[Speaker 0]: Yes.

[Speaker 2]: The email we got is that the reporter of the bill needs to submit it. Don't know It's if that's different with the committee bill. No, I'm looking. Okay, we'll discuss that when we go off.

[Speaker 0]: Not red box members here. Okay. Let's wrap up this crossover push. This was a lot. We moved a phenomenal amount of bills. We bundled them wisely. We had good discussions on some hard subjects. I just want to thank everybody so much. We are very productive team leading up to this benchmark date. So I just personally wanna thank all of you.

[Speaker 2]: That's all. You have
