[Unidentified speaker]: Alright. I'm so sick. It feels like your parents are
[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: We're alive. Alright, everyone. Welcome back from that break after the conversation in and around the liability insurance. In classic DevOps fashion, we are now shifting over to a charter. And we had several instances of testimony on H-six 94, an act relating to the approval of amendments to the charter of the town of Bennington concerning the town manager. And that was one of the four that we've been looking at, but it seemed like it was the, sort of priceless one, to vote out, overslow considering the other ones. So it seemed universally comfortable with folks, but I wanna open up the table to discussion or comment before we call a vote on this one. You say crispest? Yeah. I was really sad. Elocution. That was not my best word. Like It's golden on the top. In a prior. Okay. So barring no discussion or comments on that one, someone would like to make a motion? So moved.
[VL Coffin IV (Member)]: I motion that we accept that we approve the charter change.
[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: Yep. And that is draft number As introduced. As introduced. Yeah.
[Lucy Boyden (Clerk)]: Can you say the bill number, please? Because I'm more
[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: You're calling the motion. So the bill
[VL Coffin IV (Member)]: I h six ninety four. Start to change for the approve the, amendments to the town of Bennington concerning the town manager. I recommend we approve.
[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: K. And so it's motion is made by mister Coffin to put the as introduced. And, yes. Yes. This will be favorable. So with that, clerk will call the roll.

[Lucy Boyden (Clerk)]: Representative Nugent? Yes. Representative Pinsonault? Yes. Representative Stone? Representative Water Evans? Yes. Representative Bayram?
[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: Yes. Ten zero one. And Representative Pinsonault will be the reporter.
[Lucy Boyden (Clerk)]: Not really thinking I was the absenteeism. Well, that was part
[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: of the homework assignment. I'm sorry. I thought yeah. Yeah. Was when when we talked to him, I I was asking for help lining this stuff up. I thought that was a reporter conversation. Are you okay with being a reporter? Sure. Okay. Sure. Can't say this is a Ten-zero J. No, that's We're still on. We're still on. It wasn't one of those. Okay, with that, we shuffle the agenda. We're going be hearing from an organization in a few minutes at 03:00, correct? Mhmm. And it is the the Lost Language Justice props, project. It's been a long day. And they're coming in to discuss a budget request because we are in the final stages of preparing our demo. So that buys us six more minutes before that. So, Nick, take us off. We'll turn in just a few minutes.
