[Matthew Birong (Chair)]: Thank you. Alright. Good morning, folks. It is Tuesday. No. It is Wednesday, 01/07/2026, House Government Operations and Military Affairs. Representative Hooper of Burlington is out sick today. He was going to give us a refresher bill introduction on, h five zero eight, one of the Burlington charters. And so what we're gonna do now, we did have an introduction on that back in April, I believe, thirtieth. So it was just a refresher anyway. So what I'm gonna do is, take a break right now, come back at 10:00 when council comes to talk about the same piece of legislation, and I just asked the committee to start reviewing the stuff that we're gonna be, speaking to later this morning.
