[Rep. Amy Sheldon (Chair)]: Alright. Welcome back to the House Environment Committee. We are looking at draft 8.1 with our legislative council of s three twenty five.

[Mark Tchaikowski (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: Mark Tchaikowski, Office of Legislative Council, draft 8.1 of the amendment to s three twenty five. Just small changes on page 11 are the only things that are changed and that are highlighted. So section 11, page 11, the Land Use Review Board shall deliver reports that collect the data and analyze, etcetera. And then down on line nine, analyze the effects of jurisdictional triggers and Criterion 9L on the development of retail and service businesses outside of centers.
