[Kathleen James (Chair)]: We're live. All right. Welcome back, everybody, to House Energy and Digital Infrastructure. It's Thursday, February 19, and we are wrapping up one final section in our letter to appropes on the FY '27 budget. And I have sent this language to the committee and it's posted on our website under other documents, FY '27 budget and then KJ budget letter, something like that. So, checking in with appropes, it was recommended that we add language about an appropriation that is contained in a bill that we haven't voted on yet. It's a bill that we're going to continue to take testimony on and will bring to a vote sometime before crossover. But it's best practice to give House of Probes a heads up about this funding. So this is money that would support the work that's contained in H740. This is a bill that would give the agency of natural resources authority to adopt rules that create a comprehensive greenhouse gas emission reporting program. There some testimony documents already up on our website under H-seven 40. And the appropriation that our colleagues on our props will consider if this bill makes it to them is $500,000 So, it makes clear that we haven't yet voted on the bill, but this is a heads up to our colleagues. So, we'll take a straw poll on the funding request. All those who will support this money in the bill, hands up. Alright, that's six. And those opposed? Six to three. Alright, thanks everybody. I'm going to strike out that one typo and I'm going to go ahead and submit this letter to probes. I'm really proud about how hard we worked and the fact that we had unanimous committee support for the whole rest of the letter. So thanks everybody and we can go off live.
