[Unidentified conferee (House or Senate)]: Okay,

[Alice M. Emmons (Chair)]: today is 03/11/2026. This is the H50 Committee of Conference. And so it is a combination of the institutions committee of the Senate and the Corrections and Institutions Committee of the House. And we have, we agreed yesterday and now we have the documentation that we were going to go back to the Senate language in subsection E of H50. So has everyone had a chance to look at it? And does it conform to what you

[Unidentified conferee (House or Senate)]: Yes, absolutely. Is

[John Brady (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: it helpful, I don't have to, but is it helpful if I sit down and say what it does? Yes,

[Alice M. Emmons (Chair)]: what the heck? Yeah.

[John Brady (Office of Legislative Counsel)]: John Brady, Office of Legislative Counsel. I won't screen share since you guys battle in front of you already, but as you can see from the lead in language, conference committee reports are a little bit different than you typically see with amendments and the like, so it's kind of a unique form. What proposed here, the Congress Committee the Congress Committee is recommending that the Senate accede to, so accept, the House proposal amendment to the Senate proposal amendment. That is the House proposal that you saw yesterday. So accepting the House amendment with one further amendment thereto In section one, which is the piece speaking to maintenance of the inventory, you're replacing the subsection e in the House proposal with this that you see here, and the sole change that it has against the House proposal amendment is that it adds in four state leased buildings. It picks up state leased, that's the additional pieces of information that would be maintained in the inventory. Otherwise, the subsection includes all the House's language, it has that annual compilation rather than biannual compilation.

[Unidentified conferee (House or Senate)]: Perfect. Thank you, Jonas.

[Alice M. Emmons (Chair)]: Sure. Thank you. So are we ready to vote? Yes. All right, so all those in favor of this report, please signify by saying aye. Aye. Any opposed say nay. Okay, so it is six to zero. I don't know who the clerk is. We'll figure that out. Maybe we don't have a clerk.

[Unidentified conferee (House or Senate)]: I'm checking if you have power. It's not.

[Alice M. Emmons (Chair)]: Oh, it's worked. So we will take it up, the senate clerks will take it up, And do you want to do the Handshake? The handshake. Yes.

[Unidentified conferee (House or Senate)]: You. Your pleasure. Your pleasure. Thank you. Good. Thank you. Alright, sir. Thank you.
