[Alice M. Emmons (Chair)]: Welcome, folks, to the Success Branches and Institutions Committee. It's a little bit after 11:00 on Thursday, January 22. We're going to be transitioning into executive session because we need some we will be having discussion about security issues and presentations. So I would entertain a motion. Madam chair, I move that we go into executive session for security purposes.
