[Larry (Witness)]: Yeah,
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: that's wanted clarify good.
[Larry (Witness)]: Something I had said. This text I read on the receipt about reporting to the AG's office up until March was about a link. So, you had a link that you clicked on to get to that information. We worked at DFR if they wanted it on the receipt itself. So we added that onto the receipt as of March. Just I asked for the receipt from my team. I asked for the current receipts. I sent that to me and wanted to make sure that I
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: could talk to you about it. Thank you. Appreciate that.
[Unidentified Committee Member]: When was the request for the money back? The person that you said that requested when was that did that happen? Oh, I don't have to. I'm sorry.
[Larry (Witness)]: I I can ask the team. I'm not sure how fast.
[Unidentified Committee Member]: It goes before March or after March? I need
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: more clarification, a little more discussion.
[Unidentified Committee Member]: I'd move for a ban.
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: I'm gonna
[Unidentified Committee Member]: say second. I'll say second. Third Okay.
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: So we have to. 6. 632. 632. K. So Herb, I think that's a clean copy of amendment proposal. So if you want, you can send that to Nigel. Right. Think Maria has provided that. Just double check with Maria.
[Monique Priestley (Clerk)]: Yeah. So I think May 6 was the one she provided us, I believe. It's on our page today.
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: Okay. Yeah. From 05:11. Oh. Because that's I believe that's gone through the editors. Okay. Oh, maybe that's
[Monique Priestley (Clerk)]: So I'll send that to Nigel with a
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: Yeah. Just double check with Maria.
[Monique Priestley (Clerk)]: I will. And and what was this what was the photo again? 632632.
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: Okay. And that's on that piece of the amendment, the other second part of the Well, I guess Oh, okay. Yeah. I guess Yeah. We haven't I guess, on the whole amendment. I think those are two separate pieces on on something. Okay. But I guess the first straw poll would be to concur with the senate proposal of amendment on one, two, and four because three had to deal was dealing with if they just stuck that on kiosks. It's like I swapped the bill for anything that would have to do. No, because we're proposing a further proposal of amendments, what we're saying is we're going to delete that section and include what's in draft 1.3 of the land. Okay. I'll move to aye. So motion to report favorably on senate proposal of amendment to page six forty eight in first, second, and fourth instance. We're talking second. Okay. Any discussion on those pieces? Not at all in favor? Aye. Aye. So nine zero two. And then on the amendment itself, point drive 1.3 of H 648. House proposal of amendment. To report favorably on that. Is there a motion? Just keep it going. Is there a second?
[Unidentified Committee Member]: I'll second. They're
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: moved and seconded to report favorably on Drive 1.3, the house proposal of amendment to h six forty eight. Is there any further discussion on that? If not, all those in favor, raise your hands. Opposed? Opposed? Three on k.
[Monique Priestley (Clerk)]: But I just the further opposable amendment and the vote on that is
[Michael Marcotte (Chair)]: six three two. I don't have to give the other. Okay. Thank you committee. Thank you everyone. We'll back here at nine to here tomorrow. I prefer the discussion time. That's gonna We be can go up.
