Also, just a clarification, I thank our legislative council that if we leave section three and they're talking about contracts without doing anything, then that is a loophole that allows them to contract, continue to contract over and above the one tenth. If we just take it right out, then it would become 110%. Or if we go with the language that AM is proposing after January 1, 07/01/2026, then it would become 110%, any contracts after that. Do I have that right? Yes. Thank you. So I'd entertain a motion on first instance of amendment. So moved. And what is what are we moving? Are we reporting favorably or unpaid? So I think we I think the question should be motion to report favorably on the first instance of amendment. First instance is the one that should not allow. Yeah. Correct. Right.
