So we're here I mean, 02:47, not 03:47. I'm advancing time now. So we're here to hear we are here to hear from Joe Valente from the Department of Financial Regulation on the amendment that we heard from Maria Royal and the amendment from Rep. Lamoille on stage six forty eight. Joe, thanks for joining us on really short notice. We appreciate it.
[Joe Valenti (Director of Policy, VT Department of Financial Regulation)]: Absolutely. Joe Valenti, director of policy, Department of Financial Regulation. For the record, we have reviewed the proposed amendment, from Maria, and I vetted it with our securities division, and we are in favor of the amendment. It's a sort of simpler and more elegant way of conveying what we had had in our original language.
