[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Good morning. This is the House Appropriations Committee. It's Tuesday, 05/19/2026. It's about 11:15, and we're back on S-one Hundred 93 around the French facility. And we have an amendment to come from this committee related to further action beyond the feasibility study. So Katie, thank you for doing this so quickly, and we're going to share the screen. It hasn't gone to editing, but we can vote on it. Right. So in
[Katie (Legislative Counsel)]: section seven, the feasibility plan, you'd be adding a new subsection to the end of that section that says, absent further legislative enactment by the general assembly, the agency of human services and its department shall not advance the development of the forensic facility other than what is required to complete the feasibility plan required by this section.
[Eric FitzPatrick (Legislative Counsel)]: That's what we think was
