[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Good afternoon. This is the House Appropriations Committee, Thursday, 03/19/2026, 03:25PM. We're on again, off again. We'll break in the action. We're now going to take up again H915, which is the Expended Producer Responsibility Program for Japanese containers. And I think people got more information. They had a time to think about it. And so I would like us to vote on this bill at this point. The only other thing I learned is I think I've said to some of you, sorry if I'm repeating myself, but I went to the she said the reason she was comfortable with it is because a lot of money is left in this clean water fund every year. They aren't using all funding. So that was another reason that she felt comfortable doing this for a period of time. They just start using all the money.
[Trevor Squirrell (Clerk)]: I really don't like it because that's a matter of business management at that end, whether or not they have the ability to do that. Well,
[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Yeah, but it's not happening. So anyway, that's the last piece of information. And so I'll entertain a motion to approve H915 as what?
[Thomas Stevens (Member)]: Introduced.
[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: As introduced.
[Thomas Stevens (Member)]: So moved.
[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Thank you. Second?
[Trevor Squirrell (Clerk)]: Who's that? I'm sorry.
