It is the Act relating to Miscellaneous Judiciary Procedures, H. Nine thirty seven. You may recall when we heard this bill the other day, the reason it showed up was because they changed the fees from $10,000 to $5,000 Is that about right? Is that yours? There's no budget implications, no general fund implications, but once those things show up, they come to our committee. So we'd like to move that one out if we can. Let me just take a look at what we're supposed to do. Is it amended? I introduced. Once there's been something in section 15. That's right. Seven. Nine There

[Rep. Trevor Squirrell (Clerk)]: Yeah, were

[Lynn Martin (Committee staff)]: the fees in and out, in or out? The fees that Wei Zeming was looking at. I believe that's who was looking at those fees in the beginning of the bill. There a fee in there of $50 or

[Rep. Trevor Squirrell (Clerk)]: Are you looking at those?

[Lynn Martin (Committee staff)]: Those are the fake IDs, the drivers. No. They waived for the youth or that was another bill. That was a

[Rep. Robin Scheu (Chair)]: different bill. This just came to us because of the, Page 17, section 15, the Crime Victims Restitution Special Fund went from 10,000 to 5,000 to what's paid. Page seven,

[Lynn Martin (Committee staff)]: This is possession of tobacco products. There was a fee, 50 line 18. That's not new.

[Rep. Trevor Squirrell (Clerk)]: Yeah. Send yourself a new bill, and you're ready. Great,

[Rep. Robin Scheu (Chair)]: nice to have another one done. We will hear later from Rev. Malone about the judiciary side of age seven seventy two, the landlord credit bill. And then we've changed some things around this afternoon. It's a bill that we're going wait to hear tomorrow, but we will have the plan is still to have H938, the homelessness response continuing at 01:00. We had an early meeting to talk about that, and some things are getting changed around bottom line number. Is it going to change? There was some conversation with DCF about do we have the right numbers in the right places? So that's what's going on there. We'll vote on the prescription drug card, the Dance Safety Bill, the Extended Producer Responsibility Program to beverage containers that some people still call the bottle bill. I just want to let you know on that one, I heard, I learned last night that administration is fine with it, ANR is fine with it, and everybody who might be impacted seems to be fine. Businesses were fine with it. That was helpful information for me to have in making a decision on the bill. So I thought you would be happy to note that. We're going to hear about data brokers. Although, that the one audit we're actually not going get till tomorrow? Or is data brokers Is Raisinghain floating it up? Think rates are being exclusive or on IndusPoint. That's right. And so we'll We may need to have time. We'll have to think about that, because we may be actually in possession of that later this afternoon. Oh, by 02:45, we should be in possession of it, so for me, it's at one. So we can get that out. And let me just see what else sometimes we Some of these we're voting out if we agree that they should be in the budget, so that's why you're seeing some of these come out. But the more we can get out of here, the better. And then we're going vote on the miscellaneous tax bill tomorrow around 10:00. That was originally scheduled for today, but we're going to do that tomorrow instead of today. So that's the plan there. And I'm going to wait until the rest of the Joint Fiscal Staff comes, so why don't we go offline for a couple of minutes, Autumn, until
