[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Good morning, this is the House Appropriations Committee. It is Friday, February. It's just after 09:00 and today is bills, bills, bills, which First off, we are going to, we heard at age five seventy eight, which was relating to penalties and procedures for animal cruelty offenses. We agreed that there's no money in the bill, and I think we've gotten all our questions answered, and I think that we are ready to vote if the clerk is ready. And I think we've decided that Trevor volunteered to take this one. There were two choices and Trevor won. Or he drew the short straw. Sure. So that's H578. So I would entertain a motion to approve H578 as amended by House Judiciary. So moved. Is there a second? I'll second it. Okay, thank you. Any further discussion? Seeing none, when the court is ready, we'll go ahead and call the roll.

[Trevor Squirrell (Clerk)]: You're going to vote on that next one?

[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Six sixty? No, I think we're not, but we're going to have a conversation about it. But before we do, we need to have a little recess to discuss it. So let's go off the mic, please.
