[Robin Scheu (Chair)]: Good afternoon. This is the House Appropriations Committee. It is Thursday, 01/15/2026. It's two in the afternoon, and we are going to do something a little different. We are about to have a security briefing, and so we are going to go into executive session, and I have the language that I need to say, and then we're going to vote. Then assuming that we all agree, then we will go off live and go into executive session. So I move that the committee enter executive session in order to discuss sensitive information that if disclosed would pose a risk to state property or security, for us, in this case, or other people. That's my motion. And is there a second for that? John, Tim? Okay, last second. So we need to vote. Two thirds of the members present and voting need to vote yes. So all those in favor of going into executive session for security purposes.
